Description

The Orthopedics and Orthopaedic Surgery Association of Salta hired Sinectia's services in order to develop a software system that would help endure the burden of collecting payments from Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), automating most of the process.

Solution

Sinectia developed an integrated management system that provides capacities for:

  • To maintain:
    • The Medical Practices Index
    • The registered HMOs.
    • The represented physicians (orthopedic surgeons).
    • The physician's patients.
  • The management of each care gave to the patients.
  • Track collection presentations made to HMOsli]
  • Generate due payments to the physicians.
  • Export tax related information for its use in 3rd. party software.

The software works in single-user mode and uses a local database in Paradox for the storage of the information.
