Institute of the Juridical and Judicial Investigations of Salta.
The Institute of Juridical and Judicial Investigations of Salta is an entity that depends of the College of Magistrates and Functionaries of the Public Ministry and of the Judicial Power of the Province of Salta. Being of recent birth, this institution did not have an identification system or a visual representation.
The objectives drawn to develop the institutional identity of the IIJJS were focused in two main elements:
The solution for the diffusion of the institution consisted on using the name that denominates it, in its long version and a shorter version of that name using the IIJJS initials, with the goal of setting a future association between both names.
A logotype was designed as the institutional symbol using the typography employed for the College of Magistrates and Functionaries logo and reutilizing the same formal principle: a synthetic image, with a town hall tinge with the initials of the institution as columns, over which lays a strong roof, in which center there is a scale with even plates (in negative). The 2 letters J of the initials extend over the stairs, marking a path, conferring it an aperture slope, a place of encounter. The use of the institution's name in the inferior part is optional, but is recommended until a mental association is achieved about the name and image.
