To improve flexibility in work related relationships, Sinectia provides two engagement models for its professional services. The choice on which model to use will be dictated by the character of each project and the customer's business goals.
Under this model, the client identifies basic requirements and project expectations, delegating in Sinectia the responsibility for its development. The requirements are evaluated by Sinectia and a quote for the development of the project is created. Sinectia's expenses for the duration of the development are covered in this quotation, provided that these expenses are related to the original requirements; should the requirements change, Sinectia requires a renegotiation of the contract terms.
When the project ends, Sinectia will deliver all source artifacts that where built for the product creation, insuring the client his ownership over any intellectual property rights for the end product. Under this work mode, the client hires Sinectia's services to satisfy his developing needs for a specific project. The effort is estimated for the development of the project and the job is quoted for a fixed price.
In this model, Sinectia provides the client with highly trained personnel and technological infrastructure to the client for a sustained time span.
In tune to the client's needs, Sinectia will select the most adequate human resources, train them in the client's business domain and will integrate them to form a consistent team.
These people will work exclusively for the client from Sinectia's offices. The client disposes of his own design/development team for the duration of the contract. Any project for the client during that time is considered as included in the contract.
Under this model, the client and Sinectia establish a long-term relationship, generally for no less than one year. This is an effective solution, cost wise, for those clients who needs continuous service.
The cost for the team depends in great measure of its size, the exclusivity demanded of the team members and of the contract time span.
