Overview

Our methodological approach to development allows our customers to greatly reduce project costs and obtain high quality results, the key to our service excellence commitment.

We believe that a project's size —the amount of people whose efforts are needed to to be managed— is directly related with the himself control capacity. Our development team is small: a group of 2 to 12 people who are assigned to each project according to the nature of the problem. This enables us to focus on managing each member's activities without loosing the overall strategic perspective that is so important to the success of each project.

Each project is unique and must be treated as such. Furthermore, each project's specifics establish the working process. In this way, we select, adapt and apply a specific process for each project based on renowned and successful software development methodologies:

  • Unified Software Development Process (USDP)
  • eXtreme Programming (XP)
  • Agile Development

We revise, complete and perfect each process, method and rule to keep them updated according to current software evolution.
